Sven’s BBQ Meatloaf
Wonderful moist meatloaf, with the zing of Sven’s BBQ Sauce.
1 lb burger
1 egg
8-10 soda crackers
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix (add a small amount of water)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. of favorite Svens BBQ sauce
Mix all ingredients and place in a meatloaf pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Last 5 minutes, remove from oven and cover top of meatloaf with some more Svens BBQ sauce. Place back in oven for last 5 minutes.
