Cooking Tips

1. To prevent food from sticking in a frying pan, always oil pan after it’s hot.
2. Allow meat to reach room temperature before cooking, for more tenderness.
3. After grilling meat, just before you remove meat, coat liberally with Sven’s BBQ sauce and warm. Have extra on hand for dipping.
4. Meat keeps cooking after it’s removed from the heat source (oven, grill or stove). Always let meat rest a minimum of 5 minutes before cutting or piercing.
5. Use Sven’s BBQ Sauce as a seasoning. Add Sven’s BBQ sauce to fried rice, stir frys, to burger patties, etc…
